2186 Hazardous Area Direct Power Supply for 2800 Series Instruments

Designed to be used in conjunction with Fairbanks’ 2800 Series digital indicators, the 2816 can supply power to two indicators simultaneously up to 50 feet away from each instrument. Operating on AC power, the 2816 eliminates the need for a battery or battery charger. Fairbanks’ 2816 Hazardous Area Direct Power Supply enclosure features a cast alloy design NEMA 7/9 rated junction box.

Intrinsically safe, ultra-low-power instruments that offer the convenience of a versatile electronic indicator with features required in hazardous areas. The 3052 is intrinsically safe and Factory Mutual Approved for all Classes, Groups and Divisions of the N.E.C. hazardous environment classifications. The 3052 offers the convenience of a versatile electronic indicator with the approvals required for hazardous applications. The 3052 eliminates the need for traditional explosion-proof enclosures or purging systems by way of the intrinsically safe design. Battery life ranges from 50 hours of continuous operation to 200 hours when "Auto Sleep" mode is enabled. A direct power supply option is also available, eliminating the need for batteries.
